Self-Empowerment for Dancers taught by Sabine Chaland
Self-Empowerment is a skill and a feeling that we need so much as dancers. In this workshop, we will explore the body, the mind, and the emotions in order to find a balance between the three of them. Through analyzing and working through our blockages we will learn to attain self-empowerment which will lead to great leaps ahead in our work.
Sabine was a soloist in the Dutch National Ballet and other companies and since retiring has built a practice focusing on Reflexology, Energy Healing, and Self-Empowerment training- see her website for more info
