Workshop information

This is going to be an intense 4 days looking at creative tools, particularly things Jos came across while working for Peeping Tom. It is an interesting and challenging workshop for anybody interested in the creative process.
.
The workshop will start with a warm-up each day, in which he works on principles from his contemporary dance class; Physicology looking at dance technique from fundamental principles of shifting a body through space all the way into complex dance material. It seeks a better understanding the fundamental physical principles of how the body connects to the floor and how the body can unify or isolate, using imagery and imagination to expand the dancers understanding of their technique. These fundamentals are then expanded into richly detailed and physical dance phrases.
